Excellent place to buy, sell, repair your mac products. We have worked with SellYourMac and Jessee for a couple of years and 100% recommend this place! SellYourMac is knowledgable, friendly, and looks out for the customer's needs.

If you are sending into this store do not hesitate because they are complete professionals, honest, and trustworthy. My children (high school and college) have gone to SellYourMac several times and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Don't hesitate.

Use them I'm sure you will be as confident and happy as our family is. This company, and its ebay sales division isellimac, is so obviously superior in its customer service and pricing that I am confident the little bump in the road of an order paid for, but found to be out of stock, will be ultimately filled, even though it may take a while for them to get more in. (They promptly refunded my money, though I still want the item.) Their customer-first attitude shines through every communication. They have an incredible 32,492 reviews with 100% satisfaction and I am so happy to have discovered them. Thanks, Brian and crew.:) Update: Wow, I am speechless.

They really came through and went above and beyond for me in a matter of hours. My trusty old Macbook Pro died unexpectedly whilst I was stationed far from home, and I was fortunate to have found this place as if by magic. Not only did I find a machine with better specs at a lower price than what I had anticipated having to pay, SellYourMac was also kind enough to accommodate my upgrade preferences (despite the relatively uncommon nature of such). Unfortunately, the machine I had initially chosen to purchase had a few issues which concerned me after a few days of quirky behaviour. When I phoned their office to discuss these issues, I was treated with kindness and put on a notify list for immediate service and/or replacement.

Their warranty is NO JOKE, and my 'new' machine ended up being replaced with a properly working model within a few days time. I'm very grateful to the SellYourMac crew for having helped me get back into a properly working machine, and definitely planning to do more business with them before heading back home to Florida. Thanks again, guys! I was looking to sell my 4 year old Macbook, so I compared prices at Gazelle, Apple, Amazon and SellYourMac. This one offered me the best price (by a pretty good margin), so I went with them.

It was pretty easy, but they didn't send me a pre-printed label or box like other companies usually do, which was a little annoying since I didn't have easy access to a printer. After a couple days, they did email me and ask if I wanted them to mail me that, but I had already printed out a label by that point, so I don't know if they would have charged me a fee for that or not. After I mailed the laptop, it took about a week for them to email me and say they received it, and another day for them to verify it and send me the money. The payment was issued through PayPal with no fees. Overall, it was a relatively quick and easy experience, plus I got more money than I would've from the bigger name companies, so I'm happy! I'll definitely be back next time I have a device to sell. I was so pleased to find out these folks were less than a minute away from where I was working in NE Cinci.

I was in the market for a MacBook upgrade; and after creating a short list on eBay, I went right over to the store to check them out. Charlie was very happy to bring my choices out to the front counter to play with, and I really appreciate being able to 'try before I buy'.

Most of the models had some scuffs, scratches and dings. But SYM is spot-on accurate in their descriptions, and I ended up with a great deal on a 2011 15' MacBook Pro. Upgraded to Mavericks as soon as I got home, and it is perfect so far.

My hat is off to these guys for speedy, friendly, and competent service! Anyone I know who is looking for a great deal on a used Mac, I'm sending them your way. Thanks guys!! I used sellyourmac.com to sell my iPhone. I sent photos and a description of an iPhone in near perfect condition, and they sent a quote.

I accepted the quote, and they sent me mailing labels. I took the phone, in its original box, to a professional shipping service, who packed it and sent it. Sellyourmac.com next contacted me to say that my iPhone was not in the condition I described ('The screen is slightly discolored, there is scratching on the back and side/front silver bezel, the phone itself is physically bulging, and finally, the camera does not work. Also, the charger cord was frayed and therefore discarded) and that they were reducing my quote by $40. I knew that their description did not match my iPhone so I wrote to them to tell them so. They wrote back to say 'It is immediately obvious that the battery has expanded. I have attached several photos for your review.

The entire casing has been pushed open, this is causing the other issues.' This was a different description than the damage they first described. I emailed to say that I was beginning to think this was a scam and perhaps they should just send me my iPhone back.

They wrote back to say, 'As I understand this was not an issue when you had the phone and you do not believe it happened in shipping (or has happened at all), I will go ahead with your your payment. Please understand that the phone is in fact more or less a paper weight now, so you would not be happy to receive the item back (though it would prove that is has expanded and is in fact broken).' I did get the check for the original amount. Excellent place to buy, sell, repair your mac products. We have worked with SellYourMac and Jessee for a couple of years and 100% recommend this place!
