DeShay All Day: An Interview with Rap Artist and Producer BrandUn DeShay by Melanie 'CoCo' McCoy CoCo FULL of Grace recently had the pleasure of meeting up with the 23-year-old rap artist.

I

As the producer behind many of our favorite tracks from the likes of Chance The Rapper, Mac Miller, Danny Brown and Sir Michael Rocks, there’s no question that has talents behind the boards, but how many of you out there knew he had bars too? Currently kicking it in Japan, the Chitown native has immersed himself in the culture, releasing a brand new single to celebrate the beginning of Golden Week. Following a short absence from the game, the multi-talented emcee has emerged from his hyperbolic time chamber Goku style to create some of his most potent material to date. On “Had Em All” we find the hyper confident lyricist waxing poetic over a dizzying instrumental that can be described as nothing less than super fly. Aplikacja remote control for macbook pro. Stay tuned for more from the self-anointed “goldUn Child,” as chances are this isn’t the last we’ll be hearing from him.

Deshay,

I’m always on the lookout for new great music. It’s on my brain constantly, whatever song that I’m currently obsessed with will play on a constant loop until I find a new song to replace it. Enter Justin Park. Justin is a singer-songwriter born and raised in Los Angeles. In 2015, Justin signed with 5A LABEL, a U.S.

Record label, and development agency that aims to produce music for the U.S & Asian markets, specifically geared towards South Korea. Since then, Justin has trained and worked with the world’s best, including vocal trainers Ann One (Drunken Tiger, Yoon Mirae) and Robert Stevenson (Usher, Justin Timberlake), dance instructors from The Kinjaz, and of course, the mentorship of Peter Hong, aka MSTR RCKS of 5A LABEL.

I say all that to say that the man is legitimately talented. Not only does he make great covers, Justin has written music for K-pop acts like B.A.P and has worked with major entertainment companies across Asia. Now Justin has released his newest single called “Dates in LA (DILA)” which frankly is a summer bop.

Hip-hop producer BrandUn DeShay (Mac Miller, Chance the Rapper) helped create “DILA” and was further arranged by 5A LABEL along with pianist/keyboardist Rick’ey Pageot (Madonna) and gospel choir leader Marcus Pettit. Justin wrote the melody and lyrics, along with the help of singer-songwriter Andrew Choi (EXO, SM Entertainment). If you’re interested in hearing more music from Justin make sure you follow him on social media: I’m looking forward to seeing a lot of great things from Justin. Do you have a favorite song/cover of his? Let me know in the comment section.
